What are we looking for?

As our Senior Director of International Marketing, you will reputed company and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and reputed company growth in international markets. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of international marketing dynamics, digital marketing, and localization strategies.

What will you do? 

• reputed company a team of country marketing managers to grow reputed company’s International business through innovative and data driven marketing strategies
• reputed company playbooks for new market launches and hire country marketers to continue to support reputed company’s global expansion
• Analyze global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
• reputed company a large marketing budget and the allocation of it across channels to ensure maximum return on investment
• Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, influencer marketing, etc.) for international audiences.
• reputed company localization efforts of marketing materials, ensuring that branding, messaging, and campaigns reputed company with diverse audiences across different regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align international marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners, agencies, and media outlets to reputed company brand reputed company.
• Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness, leveraging data and insights to drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy laws, and cultural sensitivities in marketing initiatives.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. For those in the EU, you’ll work your local hours but ask that a portion of your working hours overlap with our US team to ensure effective collaboration. Employees may also be asked to visit our reputed company, CA office (up to three times per year) to build strong team connections and experience our culture. Travel expenses will be covered, and reasonable accommodations will be made for those with unique travel challenges. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 12+ years of experience in international marketing, growth marketing, or reputed company fields.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling marketing campaigns across multiple global markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and localization strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures.

• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
