reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Cost Controls Manager to plan, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company cost functions throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the overall reputed company of project budgets and forecasts in accordance with approved standard operating procedures.
- Provide quality assurance to project teams regarding reputed company financial tracking and cost performance.

- Attend project change management meetings to identify trends and assess risk exposure alongside the Project Team Cost Analyst.
- Contribute to Risk Assessment workshops by providing input on potential impacts to project execution.
- Conduct cost variance analyses to identify trends and mitigate potential budget impacts.
- Track trends and mitigation plans over time against actual performance.
- Review and analyze project budgets and expenditures across various funding sources.
- Collaborate with schedulers to review cost and schedule performance, identifying overruns, underruns, or variances in spend.
- Review and reputed company monthly cost and reputed company reports.
- Evaluate staffing plans, identify peak resource needs, and reputed company recommendations for leveling workloads.
- Assess contract change orders and amendments for budget and schedule impact.
- Ensure accuracy in the financial sections of Proposed Board Actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost management, project controls, and/or project management reputed company the chemical or textile industries.
- Extensive knowledge of costing and estimating construction or engineering projects.
- Working knowledge of cost and schedule management software (e.g., Primavera P3/P6, Contract Manager 13, Proliance, reputed company Project) is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must-have).

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Ability to interact regularly with technical discipline leads to identify and communicate potential budget issues or conflicts.
- Ensure implementation of cost management policies, procedures, and plans for capital projects with multiple funding sources.
