• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• Train and work remotely from approved states (North Carolina, Texas and Utah)
• Training: Three weeks (10AM – 5 PM MST, M-F) 100% attendance is mandatory
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Schedule between 5am and 11pm, Depending on staffing needs
• Starting reputed company pay: $15.00 per hour + bonus potential of up to $6/hr
• Required weekend shift 

• Monthly performance bonuses for those who qualify

• Bi-annual performance reviews

• Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage, (reputed company) platform
• Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase 
• Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment, including but not limited to; one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats
• Provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Identify and resolve problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience, with empowerment to reputed company decisions in the moment
• Maintain high performance metrics including reputed company per call, quality, availability, and dependability

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
• Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
• Reliable internet reputed company and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or reputed company
• A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality

• Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
