In this position, you will foster strong relationships with Labor and Union Leaders to connect employees and their families to reputed company’s services. You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.

• reputed company and operationalize a go-to-market strategy specifically focused on Labor and Unions
• Create, build, and manage relationships with key Labor and Union stakeholders including HR and Labor/Union Leaders
• Conduct cold reputed company, host educational meetings, presentations, and reputed company activities aimed at raising awareness of reputed company’s reputed company
• Identify challenges in mental health access reputed company corporate environments and collaborate with providers to overcome barriers.
• Design tailored reputed company strategies to engage and support HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups
• Deepen reputed company’s penetration across existing Labor and Union partnerships and collaborate on long-term initiatives
• Attend and reputed company educational events, presentations, and reputed company efforts for HR teams, corporate partners, and providers to maintain engagement
• Synthesize and share feedback from partners and stakeholders to inform the company's marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, client success, and legal, to reputed company go-to-market goals in the Labor and Union channel

• Must be fluent in English
• You have 3-4+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
• Experience working with Labor and Unions is a plus
• Ability to build relationships, educate, and collaborate with Labor and Union Leaders
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• Experience with reputed company Office/Teams and reputed company

Additional Information

The total reputed company reputed company compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to reputed company compensation, this role offers a reputed company performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. #LI-hybrid
