We're looking for an reputed company Regional Director to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team who will reputed company one of our Public Sector teams. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for:

• Recruiting, hire and reputed company world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets

• Understanding and solve customer pain points through reputed company's unique value proposition

• Being the reputed company of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly

• Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure

• Fostering a culture which embraces DE&I

reputed company're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales management experience reputed company software or reputed company industry

• Experience managing a team of individuals focusing on Public sector accounts. 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level
