The Gig:

As a Payroll Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing BSC's product strategy by:

Product Manager, Payroll

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive 2 to 3 year product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market needs.

  • Collaborate closely with Technical Product Managers to gather and elicit business requirements for post-launch outcome monitoring based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Drive growth-oriented product work by implementing closed reputed company feedback loops, such as conducting content and collateral experiments to drive desired user behaviors or outcomes.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the end-to-end product experience and contribute to overall growth.

  • Determine customer needs and desires by conducting the necessary research to gather market information and ensure customer-centric product development.

  • Manage and evolve KPIs across the product line to measure product effectiveness and align it with business goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) is required. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on market-facing products leveraging API integrations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills and a track record of developing and executing successful product strategies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management

  • Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis.

The pay range for this position is 83K to 130K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).

This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
