Title: CCD/CCDA to FHIR Mapping/ Migration Consultant Type: Contract role Duration: 12+months Location: Work from Home
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement healthcare data integrations using HL7 (v2/v3) and FHIR standards reputed company or support migration from CCD/CCDA to FHIR, ensuring clinical and technical accuracy Map and transform clinical data into FHIR-compliant resources Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless EHR data exchange Build or enhance RESTful FHIR APIs to support clinical workflows and third-party integrations
Required Experience: 5+ years working with HL7 (v2/v3) messages (e.g., reputed company, ORM, ORU) Must have experience with CCD/CCDA to FHIR Mapping/ migration Deep knowledge of FHIR Resources Familiarity with JSON/XML, REST APIs, and OAuth2/SMART on FHIR protocols
