Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Efficiency Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing essential support to our Financial Planner, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Interaction and Service:
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for client service inquiries, issues, and problem resolution, escalating as needed.
• Manage client touches, such as birthday cards and follow-reputed company, to enhance relationships.
