This is a remote position with potential travel for meetings/collaboration into the reputed company hub closest to you.

Department & Position Overview

As an Intake Specialist you will work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them on the application and enrollment process. You will be working closely with the Patient's Case Manager, as well as inter-departmental teams reputed company the business to ensure a quick and efficient turn-around time to get them on Care. You will be providing seamless Customer Service experience, while ensuring that our clients are receiving the care they need. Every Day You Will

• Ensure a seamless, complete, and effective enrollment process for reputed company prospective clients into the SFC program
• Be the initial reputed company-of-contact for calls from prospective clients, caregivers or pending enrollees
• Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
• Consistently meet monthly completed Start of Care (SOC)
• Provide exceptional customer service and positive experience for potential patients/caregiver
• Regular communication with a variety of Case Management agencies regarding patient authorizations
• Navigate multiple systems and portals to determine eligibility and obtain authorization
• Regularly reputed company monthly new enrollee goals
• Maintain data input, scheduling, document uploading and initiate patient enrollment confirmation or rejection communications

Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Motivated to help patients/caregivers with the drive to exceed open case targets and metrics
• Must have poise and patience reputed company dealing with clients
• Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to comfortably resolve issues over the telephone
• Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to reputed company technology to identify, research and solve customer issues
• Keen attention detail, metrics driven, excellent time management skills

This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and reputed company reputed company a role. The reputed company pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $22.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: reputed company set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
