Job Summary

As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting healthcare providers who care for our members. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an reputed company for healthcare providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to provider inquiries reputed company phone and reputed company chat, providing accurate and timely information on benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.
  • Quickly and appropriately triage contacts from reputed company, seeking to understand and identify their needs and providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Research and dissect reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues and avoid repeat calls or messages.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a timely manner.
  • Strong multitasking skills to effectively and reputed company navigate multiple systems to extract necessary information and resolve issues across multiple lines of business.
  • Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions and promoting the benefits of these tools.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1 year of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer concerns.
  • Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
  • Ability to type at a speed of 35-40 WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM CST, Monday-Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a reputed company environment (i.e., office, call center, customer service) using phones and computers as primary job tools.
  • Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology.
