Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Project Development Manager to reputed company and support the development of large-scale renewable energy projects in the Southwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of renewable energy and energy storage projects prior to execution into construction. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and drive the development of large-scale renewable energy projects from initial project siting/acquisition, through permitting, design, interconnection approvals, contracting, financing, and handover to construction.
• Manage and conduct due diligence on portfolio acquisitions, identify opportunities and risks, and define priorities among multiple project portfolios based on development metrics.
• Identify, structure transactions with, and reputed company co-development partners to grow the overall development pipeline.
• reputed company project pro-reputed company models and support the negotiation of critical project agreements, including Module Supply Agreements, PPAs, IAs, EPC reputed company, and O&M agreements.
• reputed company projects through financing due-diligence efforts and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to evaluate project sites, project design, technology options, and procurement strategies.
• Manage the relationship with technical consultants, land experts, and surveyors, and reputed company and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams and identify new market and greenfield opportunities across the U.S.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field, such as engineering, business, or environmental science.
• A minimum of 4 years of project development experience in the renewable energy industry, with a proven track record of successfully getting projects to NTP (notice-to-proceed).
• Experience with project real estate rights, land contracting, title resolutions, and ALTA surveys.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, governmental rules, and market trends that impact project development in the reputed company markets.
• Familiarity with project grid interconnection elements, interconnection studies, interconnection agreements, and processes.
• Proficient with managing project budgets and schedules, and proven experience with project agreements such as MSAs, PPAs, EPC reputed company, and O&M agreements.
• Hands-on experience with the day-to-day management of projects and a demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing projects from start to finish.
• Self-starter with proven ability to reputed company diverse project teams in multiple regions and strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience and expertise with MS Office (Word, reputed company), MS Project, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in a reputed company field.
• Experience with renewable energy project development in the Southwest region.
• Familiarity with energy storage systems and their integration into renewable energy projects.
• Experience with data analysis and project management tools, such as data analytics software and project management software.
