Job Overview
The Product Compliance Analyst II will be responsible for maintaining the organization's ongoing relationships with regulatory commissions/authorities, coordinating and conducting assessments of internal controls, and developing programs and processes to manage complaint cases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

- Understand regulatory governing bodies and product requirements, such as CMS, Joint Commission Standards, OIG, and OCR
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of compliance-reputed company projects and governing requirements to full product execution with reputed company key stakeholders
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) key decision-maker with product/development team members to ensure compliance requirements are being met during the refinement process through release readiness

- Ensure awareness and operational adherence to compliance-reputed company product changes that impact patient safety, coding and billing, and/or other regulatory governing topics

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, law, healthcare administration, or a reputed company field of study
- 4 years of experience working reputed company healthcare compliance, with a focus on regulatory requirements and compliance programs
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret regulatory rules and requirements for a variety of audiences
- Experience in risk management or regulatory audit in the healthcare space, preferred
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conveys information clearly and effectively in written and oral communication
- Legal and/or compliance certification(s), such as HCCA or IAPP, preferred
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced company, with the ability to be self-directed and solution-oriented
- Maintain a high level of work effort consistency and follow through with reputed company projects
