Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Principal UX Product Designer to reputed company the charge in shaping reputed company's evolving digital experience. As a seasoned design professional with a proven track record in delivering exceptional user-centered experiences reputed company a dynamic retail environment, you'll play a critical role in defining and implementing the strategy for our Home and Category Pages, Header, Footer, and Site Navigation. Key Responsibilities

• Set UX Strategy and Vision: Define and implement the UX strategy and vision for product experience across digital platforms, influencing investment, collaborations, and the balance of new vs. iteration.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 10+ Years of Experience: reputed company product designer with 10+ years of relevant product design work.
• Expert Proficiency: Expert proficiency in UX and product design, coupled with adeptness in organizing, planning, and taking ownership of the design process.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Expert strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.

• Data-Driven: Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set direction and communicate approach.
