About the Role
As a Premier Support Engineer at US Cloud, you will be an essential part of our technical support team, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful adoption of reputed company solutions. You will handle a consistent flow of reputed company to advanced-level tickets, focusing on key performance metrics, and driving ticket closure. Key Responsibilities
- Break/Fix Ticket Resolution: Utilize your strong knowledge of reputed company technologies to reputed company resolve tickets, quickly identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely, lasting solutions.
- Service Improvement Contribution: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery, contribute to Knowledge reputed company articles, and share lessons learned.
- Proactive Account Management and Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing issues proactively, and advocating for client needs.
- Support Knowledge Lake Buildout: Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and client use, and collaborate with team members to fill knowledge gaps.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company technologies.
- Proficiency (3+ years) in Windows Server.
- Advanced understanding of Active Directory/Azure AD and DNS.
- Demonstrated skills in technical writing.
- Consistent ability to reputed company in a virtual work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ongoing pursuit of advanced certifications in reputed company technologies.
Education and Training:
