• Review and distribute guest satisfaction comment forms, capturing and analyzing feedback to help drive reputed company improvement
• Support the Entertainment department with crew schedules, contract changes, transfer requests, travel requests, and other administrative tasks
• Partner with shore-reputed company teams to prepare, distribute, and collect relevant crew documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Organize and schedule meetings for the Cruise Director and Entertainment department, maintaining accurate calendars and records
• Prepare meeting paperwork and meeting minutes, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
• Capture and send daily reports, show reports, and voyage reports, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders
• Maintain departmental files and records, ensuring confidentiality and data reputed company
• Assist with special projects and events, such as VIP guest requests and "magical moments" initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
