Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our internal planning team on reputed company aspects of the event, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
• Research, vet, and engage with contractors across reputed company event functions, including setup, catering, audio/visual, and more.
• Book venues for dinners and activities, managing contract review and day-of logistics with precision.

• Manage accounting processes, including event reputed company, invoices, and updating the event budget to ensure financial transparency.
• Act as liaison between the internal planning team and hotel staff during the event, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct daily reviews of BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and communicate with the internal planning team to ensure alignment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure financial responsibility.
