About the Opportunity
We're seeking an accomplished Product Manager to reputed company the development and improvement of our contact center platform, driving innovation and excellence in customer experience. As a Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind shaping the future of our CS technology, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, as well as third-party solution providers.
Key Responsibilities
