Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences

As a Fitness Professional at StretchLab, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey to healthier, happier lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals
• Encouraging and motivating clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure they get the most out of their experience
• Ensuring the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab's policies and safety rules
• Building and maintaining a strong StretchLab membership by providing exceptional client experiences and retaining reputed company clientele
• Attending staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
• Handling member concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed

Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
