The

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for the overall financial health and strategic direction of reputed company and its group of companies. Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to the board and investors. Build strong relationships with C-level leaders, auditors, banks, investors, regulators, and strategic partners.

  • The Experience & Skills We Value:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. CPA, ACCA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in finance leadership roles, with a strong preference for prior experience as a CFO or Group CFO in a high-growth marketing, tech SaaS, or reputed company reputed company company, ideally operating in the B2B space.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, financial modeling, and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
  • Multi-Entity Environment: Demonstrated track record in budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, and reporting for multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
  • Industry Metrics: Deep understanding of key marketing/reputed company reputed company metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, pipeline, campaign ROI, etc.).
