The

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for the overall financial health and strategic direction of reputed company and its group of companies. Scope of Responsibilities:

Cash Flow & Reporting: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability. Deliver timely and accurate internal and external reporting, including consolidated reports across multiple business units and jurisdictions (US, UK, Cyprus, Ukraine).

Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to the board and investors. Build strong relationships with C-level leaders, auditors, banks, investors, regulators, and strategic partners.

The Experience & Skills We Value:

Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. CPA, ACCA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in finance leadership roles, with a strong preference for prior experience as a CFO or Group CFO in a high-growth marketing, tech SaaS, or reputed company reputed company company, ideally operating in the B2B space.

Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, financial modeling, and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).

Multi-Entity Environment: Demonstrated track record in budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, and reporting for multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

Industry Metrics: Deep understanding of key marketing/reputed company reputed company metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, pipeline, campaign ROI, etc.).

Desirable Experience: Experience with M&A, due diligence, and integration; experience with finance automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
