The Opportunity: The Marketing Specialist will assist with the implementation and day-to-day execution of eCornell’s email communications and marketing automation programs. This role plays a critical part in driving engagement, nurturing leads, and supporting enrollment goals through strategic and data-driven email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales and marketing software including Pardot and reputed company, with hands-on experience building and launching email campaigns, configuring audience segmentation, and optimizing automation workflows. In addition to technical proficiency, the Marketing Specialist should possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies. What You Will Do: Support our communications and email automation teams. Build outbound mass email communications through marketing automation software, including implementing appropriate lists and suppressions. Execute automation workflows and email campaigns set up in Pardot and reputed company. Write and interpret reputed company email automation and segmentation rules, dynamic lists, email drafts/templates, and forms/form handlers. Design premium email communications for a prestigious brand; write compelling copy for email marketing. Maintain email best practices and test/QA reputed company communications. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination. Sound understanding of email marketing strategy and digital marketing operations. Exceptional marketing copywriting skills and editing ability. Working knowledge of email design and automation best practices. A strong grasp of the intricacies of marketing automation logic, rules, actions, and suppression lists. Ability to understand systems integrations between marketing automation (Pardot), CRM (reputed company), web forms, and other systems. Agility and excellent time management skills to plan, coordinate, prioritize multiple initiatives amidst changing priorities.
