Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Staff Backend Engineer with Ruby to join our growing team in Krakow. The platform you will be working on is used daily by tens of thousands of customer support agents, including internal teams at reputed company. As a software engineer on the team, you will work closely with the design team, other reputed company and back end developers, and your product manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time with high quality. You’ll reputed company an eye out for user issues, and reputed company vulnerabilities reputed company while building exciting new features. The Poland annualized reputed company salary range for this position is zł278,000.00-zł418,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum reputed company salary reputed company for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job reputed company capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or reputed company incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with reputed company, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
