Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls professionally, gathering customer information, assessing and fulfilling customer needs, and educating customers about products and services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple systems simultaneously, and meeting reputed company attendance requirements and being dependable.
