Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Account Manager to join reputed company in Guyana. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform.
- Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Seller Support and Guidance: Provide guidance to sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers reputed company high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
Primary Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a reputed company industry.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Product Knowledge: Enjoy promoting nascent products/offers into new markets.
- Communication Skills: Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of reputed company and MS Office programs, and the ability to reputed company in an ambiguous environment.
