We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in California, USA. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing medical services procedures and driving patient wellbeing results. You will also be responsible for executing patient intercession drug store programs and ensuring consistency of clinical drug store services. This is a part-time remote position that requires a strong background in data entry, healthcare operations, and retail management.Key Responsibilities
- Carries out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
- Drives consistency and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-designing processes; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes.
- Drives local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to organizational financial objectives. Executes and implements patient intercession pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance.
- Supports efforts to improve patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease management, and Specialty programs).
- Provides expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leaders. Supports staff training experiences and development opportunities. Advances pharmacy staff by encouraging a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, methodologies, mission, values, and guidelines of ethics and reputed company.
- Conducts data and clinical audits and makes necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
- Reviews patient records and profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. Provides individualized patient/supplier conferences.
- Through the use of excellent interpersonal skills, wins the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
- Provides feedback concerning the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual conferences.
