As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members and providers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.   • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a call center or customer service role
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed of 30+ WPM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly
  • High level of reputed company and understanding, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply

  • Experience working in a high-volume call center environment
  • Health insurance call center experience preferred
  • Soft skills, including professionalism, caring, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work any shift between 8:00AM - 8:00PM, including the 11:30AM - 8:00PM shift
  • Willingness to work on site in either the Pittsburgh or Camp Hill location, as required
