About the Role: Senior Data Architect - Voice of the Customer Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join reputed company in Côte d'Ivoire. As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VoC) strategy. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to design and build a robust data architecture that supports our VoC program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, and translate them into technical deliverables.
• reputed company and maintain the new VoC strategy sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through reputed company.
• Design and build robust data models and architectures to support large-scale data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• reputed company big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem.
• Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, enhance, and test the data for various use cases as part of the VoC end-to-end strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for at least 3 years.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including data managers, product owners, and subject matter specialists.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company and Cornerstone platforms.
• Knowledge of data architecture and data governance principles.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and data warehousing.
• Certification in data architecture or a reputed company field.
