Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative (French/English) to work from home and provide exceptional customer support to our clients. As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work with our clients reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or online interactions, providing support and resolving common issues and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the client's preferred language
- Assist clients in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A quiet and distraction-free home environment for working
- Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge
- Multitasking abilities
- Desire to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing
- High-speed internet (no wireless/ hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a home-based customer service role
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with technology products and services
