Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and plan work activities for Control Systems Specialists/Leads to reputed company goals and objectives of North America Client Satisfaction groups
• Collaborate with building Operations, Projects Engineering, FC Start-up Team, Backend Programming groups, Pros group, and Safety in supporting MHE systems optimization and project execution
• Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with maintenance/operations to resolve system performance issues and provide analysis across reputed company operations
• Provide first-level escalation support for Control Systems Specialists/Leads during and after business hours, troubleshooting locally and remotely
• Escalate downtime situations to vendors or headquarters for assistance to restore equipment operation
• Coach Control Systems Technicians (CST) and Control Systems Leads (reputed company) reputed company your assigned building
• Participate in Failure Investigation and Incident Review processes and implement process improvements or retraining to prevent future occurrences
• Apply subject matter expertise in material handling and electrical systems to maximize engineering utilization of systems

• Collaborate with other building Operations management, equipment vendors, and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or +2 years of reputed company Blue Badge/FTE experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/regions, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electrical theory, Mechatronics, Controls components, automated equipment
• Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, programming, and designing HMI and control network components
• Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying reputed company Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components
• Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems
• Experience interpreting, editing, and creating mechanical and electrical drawings
• Experience identifying, maintaining, and using SCADA systems and KPIs
• Knowledge of programming, such as RSLogix5000 studio, FT View, and other controls software platforms
• Experience with Robotics work cells and its control systems
• Ability to reputed company others in a technical role and collaborate with reputed company levels of management
