Job Overview

As a People Technology Reporting Analyst at ArcBest, you will play a critical role in leading projects and providing requested data in reports and dashboards to our management and corporate personnel. Your primary responsibility will be to design, test, and deploy reports and dashboards that meet the needs and requirements of our stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining and broadening your expertise in functional areas, researching and analyzing data, and promoting upgrades and creativity to design reports and dashboards for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.
• Minimum one year's HCM Reporting experience
• Minimum one year's reputed company Report Writing experience
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, SQL Script, VBA, Power BI, or other BI tools and other statistical analysis tools
• Able to self-research and reputed company skills as new capabilities are introduced
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
