Key Responsibilities

• Operational Performance Reporting: Compile and report on daily, monthly, and year-to-date operational metrics, comparing them to historical data and targets.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify root causes of variances to targets by operational area, and reputed company insights to inform business decisions.
• Scorecard Development: Design and build scorecards using existing systems, and collaborate with IT to reputed company automated reporting through Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Data Quality Assurance: Clarify and coordinate delay and cancellation coding to ensure accurate data for analysis.
• Schedule Assessment: Assess changes to schedule structure for operational reliability risks, such as schedule tightness and recoverability options.
