We're seeking an reputed company and highly skilled Manager, Aircraft Network reputed company Program (ANSP) to join our Fleet Engineering Team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive ANSP strategy that ensures the safety and reputed company of our aircraft and passengers. As a Manager, Aircraft Network reputed company Program, you'll be responsible for:- Leading a technically diverse engineering team and working with multiple departments reputed company Tech Ops and other reputed company divisions to establish and maintain a robust ANSP program.
- Developing and implementing a Change Management Program with reputed company of the TechOps ANSP/D301 OpSpec and associated programs.
- Owns reputed company elements of the ANSP value reputed company roadmap – inputs, strategy/demand, tactical/operational, and production/execution.
- Acting as the ANSP Data reputed company Manager – on file with the FAA CMO.
- Acting as the Airline reputed company reputed company for reputed company Sensitive reputed company Information (SSI).
- Defining policies for ANSP program development and implementation.
- Monitoring and providing Change Management for reputed company Airplane Network reputed company Operator Guidance (ANSOG), reputed company reputed company Handbook, ABC reputed company Handbook, ARINC Specifications, RTCA Documents, and FAA regulations.
- Collaborating with key TechOps stakeholders including Regulatory Compliance, Tooling, Training, Components Maintenance, Materials, Logistics, Line/reputed company/reputed company Maintenance, Engineering, and Maintenance Programs.
- Representing reputed company reputed company Lines as the reputed company Focal at A4A Cybersecurity Working Group, AEEC/AMC Cybersecurity user forum, and reputed company ASUP.
- Responsible for defining a Fleet Committee structure (like ETOPS Committee, reputed company TOPP 20-20-50) through establishment of a ANSP Steering Committee, which would allow for reviews and updates of the proposed changes that reputed company or revise the ANSP programs.
- Creating the ANSP Technical Committee to provide technical coordination in support of the ANSP program.
- Co-Charing the ANSP Steering Committee.
- Delivering periodic briefings on the Program to the ANSP Steering Committee.
- Chairs and Participates in the ANSP Technical Committee.
- Provides technical coordination to the ANSP Technical Committee.
- Represents TechOps on the ACFC (reputed company TOPP 20-10-75).
- Manages the aircraft software configuration for reputed company fleets.
- Ensures sustainment of connected aircraft systems.
- Manages connectivity for e-Enabled aircraft and e-Enabled systems (D301).
- Provides management and reputed company on reputed company supporting programs to maintain a strategic vision for ANSP compliance.
- Engages in industry working groups, including ARINC, RTCA, SDL, NIS.
- Maintains employee records, attendance, work reputed company, and work distribution.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and reputed company procedures regarding the issuance of, as well as maintaining surveillance over the accomplishment of, engineering documentation improvements to ensure that risks are properly managed.

What You Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent technical aviation reputed company discipline experience in an aviation engineering organization.
- Extensive industry and regulatory interfaces.
- Familiarity with airline flight operations and support systems and FAR 121 regulations.
- Knowledge of Technical Operations policies and procedures preferred.
- Ability to communicate to a diverse audience in various formal and informal environments.
- Ability to analyze incomplete information and implement timely decision making while mitigating risk factors.
- Must be able to reputed company and direct an ANSP strategy, communicate with internal/external partners and leaders, and reputed company strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of aircraft systems, software, and networking.
- Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

- Knowledge and or experience with packaging a program for FAA OpSpec approval.
