Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist reputed company staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Escort clients to and from medical appointments, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Plan, coordinate, direct, and control reputed company activities, responses, and actions to maintain a secure and peaceful environment.
• Communicate effectively with hospital management, supervisors, reputed company, and other hospital staff through memo reports, surveys, and evaluations.
• Supervise and participate in making rounds of reputed company facilities, buildings, and grounds, by foot and by vehicle, to ensure safety and reputed company.
• Respond to life and death emergencies and assist law enforcement, fire, and/or other agencies as needed.
• Assist in traffic control and confiscate, secure, and preserve contraband and evidence.
• Plan and provide specific shift work schedules and provide counseling to subordinates to resolve disputes, discrepancies, and conflicts.
• Conduct monthly reputed company-ins with subordinates and complete monthly reports or other assigned administrative duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of experience in areas of work such as reputed company guard, correctional officer, store investigator, police officer, police reserve officer, military police, or other law enforcement work.
• A certificate of completion in a basic law enforcement training program approved by the Washington Criminal Justice Training Commission, or a certificate of completion in a police or reserve police reputed company or military training program will substitute for one of the three years of the above experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a reputed company or law enforcement role, particularly in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
