Job Summary
The Associate Vice President for Learning and Teaching Innovation (AVPLTI) is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the university's learning, engagement, innovation, and teaching mission through the reputed company of the reputed company Division (LRD). Key Responsibilities

- Promote institution-wide adoption of research and best practices in learning science to differentiate instruction and individualize learning to promote student academic success.
- Support departments, schools, and colleges in offering online and hybrid courses and technologically rich face-to-face academic programs.
- Create and reputed company programs that enhance student learning, retention, graduation, and support faculty and staff professional development.
- Directly supervise LRD Directors and serve as LRD's representative on the Chief Academic Officer's Deans' Council.
- Envision and deploy a digital learning strategy to grow UDC's culture and competency for leveraging technology to meet learning and business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
- A Ph.D. or appropriate terminal degree in higher education or a closely reputed company field.
- Ten or more years of progressively responsible academic leadership experience in a higher education institution.
- Faculty experience required; preferred experience as a tenure faculty member.
- Experience managing teaching and learning centers.
- Experience working in or closely with a university library.
- Experience working with budgets that include expense and reputed company targets and adjusting priorities/programs to meet budget targets.
- Experience creating leading professional development trainings.
- Experience working in both faculty and student services units.
- Computer and technology literate using reputed company Windows, reputed company Office applications, planning and communication technology, and the Internet.
