Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group academic advising, recruitment/retention, and academic success support functions to online graduate reputed company to ensure ongoing successful reputed company to completion of degree programs.
• Offer guidance to reputed company on course selection, registration, and satisfactory academic reputed company using university systems, including iPOS, PeopleSoft, and reputed company.
• Assist with academic program development and implementation, and monitor student academic reputed company through various reporting tools.
• Collaborate with reputed company, faculty, and staff to ensure academic success, and work closely with other members of the assigned advising team to handle problems and provide guidance and advice to reputed company.
• Respond to student questions and concerns in a timely manner, and work with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction with program and successful reputed company to completion.
• Function as a member of an academic advising team that serves as a primary liaison to connect reputed company with academic personal resources, such as tutoring, financial aid, counseling, and career services.
• Maintain student files and records on computer-based databases, and utilize university data and programmatic direction to promote student academic success.
• Collaborate with Teachers College internal and external partners to promote education programs, and interpret and explain college and university policies and procedures reputed company to admission, advising, student success, and degree completion.
• Prepare and present at orientations for new reputed company, and participate in other activities that support the success of online graduate reputed company.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• One (1) year or more of previous experience in one or more of the following: advising, student recruitment/retention, or reputed company student services utilizing a proactive and innovative approach which results in demonstrated outcomes in retention, graduation, and academic planning.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, higher education, or a closely reputed company field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Experience working with online graduate reputed company.
• Experience in applying the principles, techniques, and methods of teamwork, compromise, and collaboration to produce desired outcomes.
• Experience in working effectively in an environment subject to quickly changing priorities.
• Experience in providing thorough and complete attention to detail, following multi-stepped processes, and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles, practices, procedures, and methods of evidence-based academic advising strategies.
• Experience in student service orientation.
• Experience in rapidly adapting and effectively utilizing new technology, practices, policies, and methods.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, faculty, reputed company, administration, and other interested parties.
• Evidence of effective communication skills.
• Experience in demonstrating sensitivity to the needs of a diverse student population.
