Our National Road Victim Service provides world-class support services to those at their most vulnerable, and we're looking for a dedicated caseworker to join reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver face-to-face support services to clients in their own home or safe meeting reputed company reputed company the South Wales region
• Provide emotional support and advocacy to individuals affected by road trauma, including those who have suffered sudden bereavement or have heightened vulnerabilities
• Conduct research and advocacy to support cases, reaching out to other organizations where required
• Utilize competent IT skills for remote work and maintain accurate records
• Travel throughout South Wales to deliver services, with expenses reimbursed
• Collaborate with a skilled and friendly team to reputed company service goals

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

• Essential:
  • Frontline support service experience
  • A full, clean UK driving licence, access to your own transport, and willingness to use it for work purposes
  • Competent IT skills for remote work
• Preferred:
  • Experience supporting people who have suffered sudden bereavement or working with those with heightened vulnerabilities
  • Research and advocacy skills
