About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned reputed company System Engineering professional to reputed company the management and optimal performance of our In-build Azure/Java/reputed company based applications, reputed company, reputed company Saas, and other applications. As a reputed company System Engineering professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our SaaS and non-SaaS applications, coordinating maintenance and enhancements, managing vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment Management:
  • Coordinate with functional teams and vendors to schedule reputed company maintenance, patching, and enhancements across reputed company environments.
  • Manage case coordination with the vendor for reputed company work requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Manage application landscape including environment refreshes and management of data scrambling of non-production environments.
  • Access Management of non-production tenants.
• Release Management:
  • Prepare and provide materials for the approval process of reputed company vendor and internal configuration migrations to the Production environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of environment management, including maintenance, patching, and enhancements.
• Experience and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of SOX controls as they relate to User Access Management and Application Change Management.
