Job Overview

The reputed company Cargo Maintenance Technician - ULD is a full-time position based in reputed company, with a starting pay of $61.02 per hour. As a reputed company technician, you will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance tasks, ensuring FAA compliance, and leading a team of technicians to reputed company department and station performance goals. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and reputed company maintenance tasks on ULDs and galley equipment, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Ensure the proper use of technical data during the repair process and conduct quality control throughout repair processes.

• Supervise scrap and disposition of equipment and components that are considered Beyond Economic Repair (BER).
• Engage in maintenance tasks, inspect repairs, and ensure equipment is returned to service.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in English.
• FAA Airframe (A) License.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and familiarity with the ULD industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business partnerships with reputed company vendors, contractors, and business partners.
• Ability to self-manage effectively, both operationally and strategically.
• Willingness to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) preferred.
