Job Overview: Investor Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Investor Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, helping them find investor-friendly agents and lenders tailored to their specific market and investment strategy. This is a remote position, and you will be working closely with our members through various communication channels, including texting, phone calls, and Zoom sessions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized support to our members, helping them find suitable agents and lenders for their real estate investment needs
  • Communicate effectively with investors via SMS, phone calls, and Zoom sessions to understand their strategies and market requirements
  • Schedule and conduct calls with BiggerPockets members, documenting detailed notes for follow-up and future reference
  • Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls, ensuring seamless communication with our members
  • Naturally engage with investors, building trust and rapport to deliver personalized support and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide informed support and recommendations to our members

About You: Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a customer service or communications environment, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members
  • Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software
  • A growth mindset and willingness to be flexible when needed, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of investment strategies and market trends
  • Knowledge of real estate investing principles, including property analysis, financing options, and risk management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

What We Offer: Compensation, Benefits, and Career Growth

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive weekly rate of $400, plus a bonus based on performance. As a remote opportunity, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US, with a part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
