About the Team and Role

Our ambitious and growing Income Tax Reporting and Compliance team is responsible for reputed company's US, state, and foreign income tax filings, as well as our global US GAAP income tax provision. We are seeking an reputed company Income Tax Manager who will be primarily responsible for our US GAAP foreign income tax provision computations. This role will report to the Income Tax Senior Manager and will play a critical part in leading foreign aspects of reputed company's global annual and interim consolidated income tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with US tax implications of foreign operations and experience with foreign tax provisions.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, project-management, and problem-solving skills.
• BA/BS Degree in Accountancy or a similar field of study.
• Proficiency with MS reputed company, tax and accounting research tools, enterprise/general ledger systems, and tax provision applications, such as reputed company TRCS Tax Provision software.
