Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a reputed company field, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral, social, or emotional challenges
• Availability to work at least 3 weekdays from 3 pm to 7 pm, with occasional morning and weekend hours
• Strong personal organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients and schedules
• Familiarity with online management platforms and strong communication skills in multiple mediums, including in-person, email, and phone
• Ability to commit to a client for a minimum of six months and work independently as well as collaboratively with reputed company
• Reliable transportation and a valid CA Mandated Reporter Training Certificate of Completion (required before providing client services)
