As a Hotel Growth Sales Enablement Manager, you'll be part of this dynamic team and contribute to driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Hotel Growth: Partner with the hotel growth project team and our sales and client management teams to deliver against our hotel growth strategy, driving commercial and client engagement, and effective project management.
  • Deliver Against Hotel Growth Goals: Work with leaders to drive action and track results amongst the Sales and Client Management teams, ensuring effective delivery of communications and training on our hotel value proposition.
  • Support Key Client Conversations: Participate in customer conversations, driving opportunities and articulating how our hotel value prop meets clients' needs, particularly in strategic/hotel-focussed client meetings, RFPs, best and finals, and renewals.
  • Maintain Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay informed about hotel trends and customer-reputed company hotel needs, understanding how to position GBT advantage and addressing gaps with relevant teams.
  • Analyse and Understand Top-reputed company Customer Growth Opportunities: Identify and direct commercial efforts to support hotel growth goals, launching change projects and commercial initiatives to the commercial organisation.
  • Project Management: Compile simple project plans, coordinate cross-functional and global project activities, and hold collaborators accountable to avoid or minimize client disruption or impact.
  • Relationship Building: reputed company and maintain relationships with key collaborator groups across the business, providing feedback to product, marketing teams, etc. on commercial or customer needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In Client Management, Sales, or Consulting, with a commercial/sales attitude and ability to identify and reputed company opportunities.
  • Interest in or Experience with Hotel Sales or Consultancy: A strong understanding of the hotel industry and its trends.
  • Advanced Presentation Skills: Comfortable leading in-person or virtual sales training to groups of 20-200 people.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Ability and confidence to collaborate, build relationships, and influence Senior Leaders and Business Partners.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, reputed company/Webex, along with advanced writing and grammar skills (English).
  • Strategic and Analytic Thinking: Competent in developing needs analyses and extracting key messages.

Compensation and Benefits

The US national annual reputed company salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. In addition to reputed company salary, this role is eligible for either our Annual Incentive Award plan or one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans. You'll also be eligible for awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan.
