About the Role: Home Health RN

We're seeking an reputed company and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join reputed company at Workwarp, a part of reputed company. As a Home Health RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This is a remote opportunity with immediate openings available, offering you the flexibility to work from reputed company while making a significant impact on our patients' lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize and provide home care services, including medication administration, patient education, and wound care, among other responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the RN supervisor to ensure the client-driven plan of care is effective and achieves positive outcomes through ongoing evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations by participating in chart reviews and following established processes for documentation and care delivery.
• Deliver efficient and valuable services that meet the expectations of quality healthcare delivery reputed company the operational goals of Southwest Medical Home Health and reputed company.

• Participate in on-call rotations, work weekends, and rotating holidays as needed, with shifts that can include weekdays, weekends, or a combination of both.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Valid non-restrictive Nevada nursing license.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Proven good clinical and assessment skills, with experience in IVs, ports, drains, tubes, wound care, wound vacs, and Foley's.
• Willingness to travel from home to home, participate in on-call and holiday coverage rotations, and work at least one weekend day every week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in home health care or a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and reputed company healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
