About the Role

The SOC Technical Writer will play a critical role in providing technical writing support, standardizing documentation, and offering business support across the SOC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, consolidating, and standardizing various artifacts for incident responders, including:

• Computer reputed company Incident Response Plan (CSIRP)
• SOC Incident Playbooks
• Standardization of Incident Reports
• RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) grids per playbook
• Website guidance for workforce members reporting reputed company incidents to the SOC

The SOC Technical Writer will also assist in defining and measuring SOC Service Level Agreements (SLA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and other formal documentation to support the SOC. Additionally, they will integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reputed company status reporting for stakeholder consumption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical writing support and standardization of documentation across the SOC
• reputed company, consolidate, and standardize artifacts for incident responders, including CSIRP, SOC Incident Playbooks, and Incident Reports
• Assist in defining and measuring SOC Service Level Agreements (SLA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
• Integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reputed company status reporting for stakeholder consumption
• Provide business analysis, process analysis, and project coordination services
• reputed company business cases, business impact statements, and integrate reputed company prioritization metrics to drive business decisions
• Provide information reputed company function task tracking, reputed company resource estimates, and provide reputed company schedules
• Coordinate with service suppliers to ensure deliverables are clearly defined, priorities are identified, tracked, and reported to meet the functions needs
• Analyze business processes, procedures, and organization structure to identify problems and determine solutions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a technical writer for a SOC
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, detail, and follow-through
• Proven ability to work with diverse audiences and translate technical information into non-technical information
• Excellent writing and composition skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Ability to work effectively with customers to solve business challenges while balancing the need for confidentiality, reputed company, and availability
• Ability to resolve issues in reputed company situations that require sophisticated analytical thought
