Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Help customers prepare their tax returns and resolve any reputed company issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Recent tax experience and a high school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a smartphone
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing during the application process, with a work computer provided after the first day of training
