Job Summary
As a Part Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing new patient enrollments, and entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems. You will also be required to investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations, and resolve data entry-reputed company exceptions. In addition, you will handle correspondence with patients, settle on outbound calls to prescribers and patients, and provide support to pharmacists and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize reputed company' remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing
- Investigate to obtain missing medication data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions
- Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settle on outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
- Settle on phone calls to support plans and others to acquire data, reputed company abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the exception
- Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations
- Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online)
- Essential web search skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right field, using a web search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online
- Transitional level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Preferred Qualifications
* At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
