Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Employee Relations Specialist to join reputed company in a regional Emergency Room Center of Excellence. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing employee relations issues and concerns through a telephone-based model, supporting multiple locations and organizations across the U.S. with a specific concentration in their geographic region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of tasks, including understanding and development of policies and procedures, working with training on key Employee Relations issues, and contributing to the development and execution of Employee Relations programs
• Conduct grievance investigations and work with resolutions, identifying process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with colleagues throughout reputed company, including HR Business Partners, Compliance, Health, Safety, Wellness Services, and General Counsel's Office

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• PHR certification preferred
• Experience in an HR consulting role with a demonstrated ability to influence without authority
• Proven ability to establish boundaries, manage multiple priorities, and communicate against deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience managing multiple levels in an organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting and contributing to the development of employee communications and training programs
• Sound analytical, decisive thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills, with the ability to understand broad HR issues and resolve conflict situations
