Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a work-from-home basis. As a direct hire employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online chat. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and reputed company specific department goals. The salary for this position is $19.00 per hour, with a reputed company pay range of $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
• Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide solutions.
• Assist consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with reputed company shipping contractors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

• A high school graduation or its equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
