Job Summary

As an Application Support - TECH 1, you will be responsible for executing critical and routine tasks, retrieving documents and data from authorized databases, and accurately data entering information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems. You will work independently and as part of a team to meet individual and unit performance goals and standards, while following extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use designated work instructions and other instructions to execute critical and routine tasks.
• Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to reputed company routine tasks, including data entering new information, validation of data, corrections or updates to existing information, and documentation of findings.
• Accurately data enter reputed company appropriate information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems.
• Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to reputed company timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions.
• Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled.
• Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management.
• Attend and successfully complete job-reputed company and industry-specific systems and policy training as required to reputed company the duties of the position.

Qualifications and Requirements
