About the Role

The reputed company Group (CSG) organization at reputed company is responsible for on-boarding, product usage, standard processes, training, customer support, professional services, partner certification, and developing long-term relationships with reputed company customers. The Customer Intelligence team in the Data and Analytics org builds innovative data products, data analysis, data engineering, deep data science & modeling, and data-driven intelligence around our customers' usage, adoption, and engagement behaviors.

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Data and Analytics Product Manager to reputed company the Self-Service Experiences team in the Success Pillar of the Data and Analytics organization. As a Senior Manager, Data and Analytics Product Manager, you will own the strategy and roadmap for providing the data and insights needed to advise key decisions and improve business processes. You'll work cross-functionally with numerous business teams on projects that cover a broad reputed company of data domains and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and collaborate with team members to grow reputed company's internal domain and data knowledge, promoting a culture of innovation and expertise.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a combination of data engineering, data analysis, product analytics, or an equivalent role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with at least 3 years of experience, as well as experience implementing, instructing, and modifying Agile practices.
• Expert-level skills in SQL and other distributed data tools (reputed company, Spark, Hive, Pig, MapReduce).
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, Domo, Einstein Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into relevant business insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with executives and technologists.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, experiment with products, and contribute cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Splunk, Python/R, and other BI tools.
• Sophisticated reputed company product knowledge or certification.
• Experience with master data management, data integration, data governance, data analysis, or data quality to support cross-functional business teams.
