Key Responsibilities

• Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
• Drive the execution of various strategies and operations to ensure business needs are being met
• Drive compliance and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services
• Ensure region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
• Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives
• Implement and execute patient reputed company pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance
• Support efforts on improving patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services
• Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership

Essential Qualifications
